Your accounts, invoices and tax — in one set of books.
Double-entry accounting in Arabic and English: tax invoices that reach ZATCA in Saudi Arabia or the ETA in Egypt, what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers, the bank, and the VAT return — set up for your business from day one.

01Features
Everything your accountant needs, in one system.
From the chart of accounts to the financial statements, every figure is read from the same posted entries — so no report disagrees with the books.
Ledger and journal
Double entry for every movement, a chart of accounts made for your kind of business, periods you close, and the year-end close.
Tax invoices and notes
Sales invoices that cannot change once issued, credit and debit notes to correct them, an items and services catalogue, and invoices emailed to the customer.
Customers and suppliers
What each party owes you and what you owe them, statements, ageing, and payments allocated to invoices.
Bank and reconciliation
Bank accounts, statement import, rules that match recurring lines, and bank reconciliation.
Reports and statements
Trial balance, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and the general ledger — with CSV export.
VAT and Zakat
The VAT return by rate, from your own documents, and the Zakat base for businesses in Saudi Arabia.
Fixed assets
An asset register by category, with depreciation calculated and posted every period.
Budgets and approvals
Budget against actual, recurring entries and documents created on their date, and a second person's approval before posting.
Currencies and branches
Invoices and payments in foreign currencies with exchange revaluation, and branches and cost centres on every entry.
02E-invoicing
Your invoice reaches the tax authority from inside the system.
Pick your country at the start, and every invoice is issued in the form its tax authority asks for: signed, sent, and its status in front of you.
Saudi Arabia
ZATCA — Fatoora, Phase 2
Connect your unit to Fatoora from Settings: the certificate request, the compliance checks, then the production certificate.
Standard tax invoices are cleared the moment they are issued; simplified ones are reported on their own.
Every invoice is signed and carries its QR code.
Credit and debit notes go the same way.
Egypt
Egyptian Tax Authority — e-invoicing (ETA)
Invoices are signed with your e-seal or token through the signer service, then sent to the ETA.
E-receipts for simplified sales, chained per point of sale.
Each document's status comes back to you: valid, or rejected with the reason.
Cancel a valid document from inside the system, within the window the ETA allows.
Sending runs in the background and retries if the tax system is down, and an invoice never changes once issued — corrections are notes.
03With Moving POS
Your branches' sales reach the books every day.
Link Moving Accounting to Moving POS, or to any other point of sale, and each day's summary posts to the books as one entry per branch — without typing your sales twice.
01
The branch closes its day
The day close in Moving POS sends its summary: sales by payment method, the tax and the cost of sales. The Moving team switches the link on for your account.
02
One entry per branch per day
A day is posted once, even if its summary arrives twice.
03
And any other point of sale
A POS that is not Moving sends its daily summary with its own key, and you map its words to your accounts once.
The trial form and the prices are on the Moving POS site.
05Questions
Before you start.
Does it fit a business in Egypt or Saudi Arabia?
Yes. You pick the country at the start: in Egypt the books are kept in pounds on Cairo time with ETA e-invoicing, in Saudi Arabia in riyals on Riyadh time with Fatoora and the Zakat base.
Do I need Moving POS to use it?
No. Moving Accounting works on its own: your invoices, customers, suppliers, bank and tax. If you run Moving POS or another point of sale, each day's sales reach the books.
Can I move my books from ERPNext?
Yes. The Moving team prepares a file from your backup, you review how the accounts map before the import, and afterwards the system compares the balances and shows any difference.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Install it on your phone as an app: sales, cash, receivables, payables and VAT, straight from your books.
Does every employee see everything?
No. Each user has the permissions you give them, you invite your team by link, and the audit log keeps who did what and when.
What does it cost?
The prices are on the trial page of the Moving POS site, and you start with fourteen days free, no card. For a quote for your company, talk to us on WhatsApp.
